We are a commercial property contractor based in Southampton, Hampshire, led by Christopher Peacock and David Game.

Our Backgrounds

Our company was founded on a partnership of complementary skillsets with Christopher's background in commercial property management and general practice surveying, and David's background in commercial project and site management, rooted in a strong hands on experience based understanding of construction as a long serving tradesman.

The partnership has a collective experience of over 34 years in the commercial property industry and has delivered a broad range of projects ranging in value from £5,000 to just over £500,000.

The result is a company that not only has a strong technical understanding of buildings and their construction, but also understands what's important to you, as an owner or occupier.
