Following a competitive tendering process Renown Property was awarded the job of completing dilapidations works on this property.

Scope of works included:

• Complete redecoration including emulsion and varnish.

• Re-carpet throughout.

• Vinyl flooring replacement.

• Ceiling tile replacement.

• Electrical works including light replacement, fuseboard change and statutory testing.

• Roof cleaning.

• External works including repairs to fascias/ soffits and brickwork.

• Grounds maintenance including cutting back trees and fence repairs

• A/C testing and report.

• Full interior and exterior clean.
